Michel Wilds
Executive Director

Michel Wilds is the Executive Director at Melmed Center since 1994. She is responsible for the oversight and management of all the administrative, financial, and daily operations at Melmed Center. Additionally, she oversees and opens lines of communication between the patients, the administrative staff, and the Providers to make certain patients receive the best care. With over 30 years of working in dental, medical, and hospitality venues, she has experience in team building, coordination of services, maintaining account payables, receivables, and company collaboration. Michel has built a reputation for making everyone feel a sense of comfort in being a part of the Melmed Center with her warm-hearted energy.
 Michel holds a degree in Business Management & Administration, specializing in Human Resources, from Bowling Green State University in Ohio where she lived before settling roots in Arizona.
 In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, watching and rooting for her grandchildren at their sporting events, and traveling.

Patient Care Coordinators

This is our front office team! They will likely be the first people to greet you when you arrive and will handle your checkout at the end of your visit. They coordinate your schedule and help address your needs in a timely manner. Our patient care coordinators aim to ensure that you can have peace of mind before, during and after your visit with us!  As a touch point between you and our providers, they are the glue that keeps us all together!

Insurance & Billing Office

This is where the insurance, billing and referral information, is collated before your appointment. They serve as a liaison between you and your insurance company. Even though it is the patients' responsibility to be informed about their insurance, as a courtesy, our staff checks current eligibility and referral needs prior to each visit.

New Patient Coordinators

Most likely, Deborah or Michael are the first people you'd speak with at Melmed Center. They are up to date with all Melmed Center news so that she can fully inform and direct new clients towards the appropriate services. After a thorough triage of your unique needs, They are qualified to advise you which provider or service would be the best fit. Michael is also a part of our Medical Records Team.
