Monday thru Thursday - 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
Friday - 7:30 am to 3:00 pm

Please note: It is impossible for us to protect information exchanged over the internet and e-mails are not checked regularly. As a result, we recommend that any sensitive or pressing information pertaining to patient care, e.g. prescription requests, not be exchanged by e-mail. 
Please note that the scheduling and canceling of appointments will NOT be valid via e-mail correspondence. 

Call our office regarding on-going treatment including refill requests and scheduling. E-mails about these matters are discouraged due to our high standards of confidentiality.
