THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
- Collaborates as a team, meets scheduling commitments and has a strong work ethic
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Has reliable transportation to travel between client’s home, school, community and office
- Adheres to HIPAA laws, practice policies, ethical guidelines and confidentiality
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provide one-on-one direct services implementing the treatment plan in the home, school and community setting as created by the BCBA
- Collect data related to the treatment and behavior plan, write progress notes and create materials
- Effectively responds to challenging behaviors based on the behavior intervention plan
- Attend staff trainings and meetings at the Scottsdale office
- Maintain RBT credentialing requirements (once RBT certification is obtained)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Age 18 or older with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer candidates in a bachelors or masters level program with a focus in psychology, human development or behavior analysis
- RBT certification is a plus with knowledge in DTT and NET
- Fingerprint Clearance Card, First Aid/CPR and CPI training required, must pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
