Life Skills Coaching

Coaching is collaborative and highly individualized.
  • Coaching provides individuals with resources and empowers clients to develop self reliance.
  • Coaching offers structures and systems specifically for the client to maximize potential.
  • Coaching develops the clients abilities to self-direct while providing feedback and support on a regular basis. It is not therapy.

Personal Coaching Format
  1. Interview 
    The client begins with an initial one-half hour interview. This introduction answers questions and establishes a good working team. 
  2. Intake 
    The coaching partnership begins with an intake.During this time the coach and client discuss the situation and begin to outline goals and plans. 
  3. Coaching Session 
    The coach and client decide upon a meeting plan, which will best meet the client’s needs. Typically, meetings occur on a weekly basis. This is determined by client and coach. Coaching helps people make positive changes in their lives!
