Personal Coaching Format
- Interview
The client begins with an initial one-half hour interview. This introduction answers questions and establishes a good working team. - Intake
The coaching partnership begins with an intake.During this time the coach and client discuss the situation and begin to outline goals and plans. - Coaching Session
The coach and client decide upon a meeting plan, which will best meet the client’s needs. Typically, meetings occur on a weekly basis. This is determined by client and coach. Coaching helps people make positive changes in their lives!
