Stephanie utilizes a wide variety of therapeutic modalities in her approach to the counseling of children, teens and young adults incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Therapy, Play Therapy, Parent Training and Mindfulness.  She works to facilitate her client’s capacity to discover their own strengths in the journey towards improving self-awareness, self-esteem and mindfully forming healthy relationships.
