Michelle Romero, PsyD
Psychologist

Dr. Michelle Romero is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents and adults. She completed her master's degree at Northern Arizona University in 2011, specializing in school psychology. Dr. Romero’s work as a school psychologist has fostered an understanding of special education policy and procedures in addition to a focus on psycho-educational assessment. Further training in early intervention prepared her for work with young children ages 0-3 years who have or are at risk for developmental delays and disabilities.
In 2018, she completed her doctoral program, and she continues to participate in a variety of professional development opportunities. Her knowledge and experience has grown to include psycho-educational assessment of young adults, functional behavioral assessment, diagnostic evaluations, counseling, and behavioral management. Dr. Romero is a life-long learner and is committed to supporting the lives of children, adolescents and adults in the context of their families.
